Hope everyone is staying at home and getting lots of rest. A few tips that I have done during this down time. Simple things as watching TV or just call friends and talk for about 5 minutes can be very relaxing.

.There is currently no tablets or vaccine for COVID-19 . However there are some things you can do to reduce the impact. From nutrition point of view, eat products that can improve the immune system.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES Eat lots of fruits and vegetables to improve your immune system. Eat the fruits and vegetables you like. MULTI VITAMINS & IRON Eat liver or beetroot to increase your iron level. Take multivitamins and Iron. A important note is that when I do a biometric screening, the results show that my iron level is normal. However I have found myself getting weaker as the months roll into years. I decided to take one iron tablet per day based on the advise of a childhood doctor. I now feel stronger. You need the strength to fight this virus. This disease may cause lots of sinus like build up. Eat food with lots of seasoning onions, bell peppers. Take a a very good sinus tablet if you have a sinus build up. REST If you do not feel well get some rest. HYDRATION Stay hydrated. Drink at least 8 cups per day. Remember to go to the doctor if you are ill. True Story I had an experience where a young person suddenly just fell twice within 5 minutes. Literally just fell on the floor. The person was given some iron and multivitamins. The person was weak and was placed in bed. The person also took two sinus tablets every 4 hours. The next day the person fell again and was given some iron and multivitamins. The person also took two sinus tables every 4 hours. The 3rd day the person did not fall and took iron and multivitamins every day. After 5 days the person was able to get up and start to work. Be safe Please let me hear your experience with COVID 19.
