How can we monitor the level of protein in the blood? A simple blood test can give the answer. Look at the blood test results for these three numbers: the Protein Total, Albumin and Globulin. Check if they are within the normal range. If the value is over the normal range you have to reduce the amount of meat you are consuming. If the value is under the normal range you have to increase the amount of meat you are consuming.

So just take a deep breath and focus on the reward of getting over this illness. So do what you have to do to get your salt level to a the amount that is good for you. Living with Mental Illness
Mental illness can flare up occasionally. It may occur when your serotonin level is too low. What can be done to control it. Here are some tips and you may want to add some of your own. 1) If you have depression you may need to: a) Reduce the amount of meat that you are eating. b) Drink lots of orange juice or eat a lot of citrus fruits. You may need to eat as much as two oranges per meal. c) Eat lots of fruits. Cut up a bowl of your favorite fruits and just eat. 2) Be careful of the foods you are eating. a) Eating too much shrimps can cause a flare up of mental illness. Stress can be caused by various factors. It can be caused by lack of sleep, lack of exercise and sun, lack of proper nutrition, need for spiritual relaxation meditation.
A person who suffer from stress should try to have at least 8 - 10 hours of sleep. This will enable them to be refreshed. People that suffer from stress should exercise about one hour each day. This can be broken into 20 minutes of exercise three times per day. At minimum they should engage in about one hour of walking. There is no need to walk fast. Just a stroll outside is good enough each day. Proper nutrition is important for a person who suffer from stress. The important thing is to think good thoughts. Relax and reflect on good things in your life. Throw away all bad thoughts. |
